Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, who else sees it and what you can do about it. It covers souleraspace.com and The Soulēra Method. We keep it short and specific on purpose.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Jefferson Luiz dos Santos Junior, CPF 489.010.868-83, Avenida Arnaldo Magdalena, 55, Araraquara, SP, 14804-359, Brazil. For anything to do with your data, write to privacy@souleraspace.com. That address is monitored by the operator personally, who acts as the point of contact required by the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD).

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, the plan you chose, the payment reference and the country your card was issued in. Card numbers go straight to Stripe: we never receive them.
When you write to us or use the form: your name, email, an optional phone number, the plan you asked about and the content of your message.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.
When you use your account: your signed access link, stored by your own browser so you stay signed in.
On the live calls: the recording, which includes your voice and image only if you choose to speak or turn your camera on. Both are always optional.
Automatically: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address and the pages requested, used for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect health data, we never ask you to disclose a diagnosis, and you should not send us clinical information. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To deliver what you bought and support you — performance of a contract (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
To keep records for tax and accounting — compliance with a legal obligation (LGPD art. 7, II; GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).
To prevent fraud and secure the site — legitimate interests (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
To send the newsletter or optional analytics — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).

Who else sees it

Stripe — payment processing, fraud prevention and the transaction record.
Resend — sending the access email and any newsletter.
Vercel — hosting the site and the functions that serve it.
The video conferencing tool used for the live calls, named in your account.

That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build profiles about you.

International transfers

We operate from Brazil and our providers process data in the United States and the European Union, so your data crosses borders. Those transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards. If you want a copy of the relevant terms, ask us.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records: for as long as tax and commercial law requires, typically five years.
Support messages: two years from the last message.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, then deleted.
Call recordings: for as long as the program runs, so students can watch replays.
Server logs: short-lived, as set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

Under the LGPD and, where it applies to you, the GDPR or UK GDPR, you can ask us to confirm what we hold, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, port it to another provider, withdraw consent, or explain any automated decision. We make none: nothing about your purchase or your access is decided by an algorithm.

Write to privacy@souleraspace.com and we will answer within 15 days for LGPD requests and within 30 days for GDPR requests. You can complain to the Brazilian authority (ANPD) or, if you are in the EU or the UK, to your national data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We set no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. What we do use is listed in the Cookie Policy, together with how to change your choice.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Payment data never touches our servers. Your access link is cryptographically signed and works like a password, so keep it to yourself and tell us if you think it has leaked, and we will reissue it. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top, and for material changes we tell current students by email.
