Delivery of Digital Goods

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges, customs fees or waiting times.

When you get access

• Immediately. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds, the success page shows your private access link and unlocks the course.
• By email as well. The same link is sent automatically to the address you gave at checkout, so closing the tab costs you nothing. It normally arrives within two minutes.
• If a payment needs extra verification by your bank, access opens the moment the bank confirms it, which can take a few minutes longer.

What is delivered

• The recorded modules and lessons, streamed in your browser.
• The workbooks, as downloadable files.
• The guided audio practices, streamed or downloadable.
• On tiers that include them, the live call calendar and the replay archive. Live calls run to a published schedule and are not delivered instantly, by their nature.

What you need

A device with a modern browser and an internet connection. No app to install. The material is in English, with English captions on every recorded lesson.

If it does not arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders first, then write to support@souleraspace.com with the order reference or the email you used. Access-link problems are usually fixed within the hour, and always within one working day. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund.

Where we sell

Worldwide, except where local law prohibits the sale or use of this material. Prices are in US dollars and your bank handles any conversion.

Keeping your access

Your access link is personal and works as a credential. It does not expire. If you lose it, ask us and we will reissue it to the original email address after checking the order.
